Wellness travel goes beyond a holiday. It's intentional time away to restore your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with what matters. Through carefully curated group retreats and self-guided itineraries, I design experiences that combine movement, nature, local culture, nourishing food, and meaningful connection.
A life lived across continents shaped everything about who I am. Raised between Lebanon, London and the United States, I attended French-speaking schools before completing my undergraduate degree and two Masters degrees in Washington D.C. and most recently in Barcelona, Spain. This deep curiosity for cultures, languages, and different approaches to health and wellbeing became the foundation of everything I do.
I started my career in software development and tech consulting, and along the way developed a passion for foreign languages, speaking several fluently. Movement and wellness have always been central to who I am β in my early twenties I ran marathons and studied martial arts before discovering yoga, which became my lifelong practice. I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2002 and, in 2005, I founded Reston Yoga, building a thriving community over two decades. Along the way, I trained as a Holistic Health Counselor with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, and as a raw vegan chef at the Living Light Culinary Institute in California. I have attended retreats worldwide β from Ayurveda immersions and juice fasting retreats to luxury spa escapes and ceremonies led by shamans. I have also hosted wellness events for over 100 people and invited influential speakers on wellness topics.
I hosted my first international retreat in Tulum, Mexico in 2012 β and what started as one retreat a year soon grew into multiple journeys across Bali, Mexico, Costa Rica, Italy, Iceland, and Portugal. Lisbon, Portugal is now my home. I know what a truly transformative wellness experience feels like, because I have spent a large portion of my life seeking them out.
